Got a question, a suggestion, or spotted a stale rate? Write to us. We read every message and usually reply within two working days. If you're reporting a wrong rate, give us the bank name and the product so we can check it faster.

To sort it out on the first try, add a few details: what the message is about, which page is acting up and — if it's a technical bug — which browser you're using. The more specific you are, the fewer emails fly back and forth.
One caveat. We don't give advice on individual loan cases by email and we won't size up your creditworthiness from a distance. That's what the calculators and the comparison are for. The final decision is the bank's, once the application reaches them anyway.
If your case is about a loan contract you've already signed (payments, schedule, complaints), write straight to the bank or lender you signed with — they hold your data and can actually help.
Complaints and disputes with a financial institution
File the complaint with the bank or loan company first; the institution has 30 days to reply (60 in complex cases). Silence past the deadline works in your favour — the complaint counts as accepted on your terms. If the answer doesn't convince you, the Polish Financial Ombudsman (Rzecznik Finansowy) helps for free, and unfair-practice patterns belong at UOKiK.

For commercial partnerships, data for an article or an expert comment, use the same address with „Partnership” in the subject line. We answer proposals that fit the profile of the site — credit product comparison and financial education. Sponsored articles never run without a label.
