Nature of the service
Kreditano is an informational comparison platform for financial products. The content is informational and indicative only — it is not a loan offer or a binding application within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. Final terms (interest rate, fees, RRSO, term) are set by the financial institution after they review your profile.
Scope of the Service — Comparison and Introduction Only
Kreditano is an independent comparison platform. The Service consists exclusively of presenting publicly available information about credit products of third-party creditors and enabling the User to navigate, via links, to the website of the relevant creditor.
Kreditano's activity is limited to merely introducing the User to creditors. Kreditano does not: (a) accept, complete, process or transmit credit applications; (b) collect or process Users' application data; (c) conclude credit agreements or act on behalf of any creditor; (d) perform any preparatory or pre-contractual administrative work in respect of credit agreements; (e) provide financial advice, personal recommendations or advisory services of any kind.
The entire application process, the creditworthiness assessment and the conclusion of any credit agreement take place exclusively on the creditor's website and under the creditor's sole responsibility. The final terms of any credit are determined solely by the creditor.
Kreditano is not a bank, credit institution or lender. Kreditano may receive remuneration from certain institutions for redirecting Users to their websites. The default order of offers is based on RRSO; under commercial agreements some lenders may occupy higher positions — the methodology is described on the Ranking Methodology page. The User can always sort offers strictly by RRSO.
All information presented on the Service is derived from creditors' public materials, is provided for informational purposes only, and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of applicable civil law.
We are not a lender or an advisor
Kreditano is not a bank, a lender, a credit broker, or a finance provider. We are not a party to the contract you sign with the financial institution. We don't provide personalised financial, legal or tax advice. The decision to enter into a contract is yours alone — read the institution's documents before you sign.
Affiliate disclosure
Kreditano may receive an affiliate commission when you sign or submit an application through our link with a partner institution. This doesn't add to your cost, doesn't change the terms the institution offers you, and doesn't influence the editorial view of the product.
Accuracy of information
We try to keep the information up to date, but rates, fees, RRSO and product availability can change without notice. Always verify the current terms directly with the financial institution before signing a contract. Kreditano does not guarantee acceptance of any application.
Limitation of liability
Kreditano is not liable for the user's credit decisions or for the actions or omissions of financial institutions. You use the site at your own risk.
Intellectual property
Content, trademarks and elements of the site belong to their owners and may not be reproduced without permission.
